Greenstone FC 1–4 Wheelers FC

Normal service resumed for the leaders — and their goalkeeper stole the show once again.

After being held to a shock draw last time out, Wheelers FC responded exactly as champions-elect should, sweeping aside a battling Greenstone side 4–1. Adesoye opened the scoring inside 15 minutes, Jordan made it two on 23, and Wheelers were in control.

Greenstone refused to fold, with Carlos Camacho pulling one back on 36 minutes to give the home crowd something to cheer — and further cementing his side's growing attacking threat. But the second half belonged to an unlikely hero.

Wheelers goalkeeper Adebowale — yes, the goalkeeper — popped up with two late goals on 74 and 88 minutes to complete the rout. Having already converted a crucial penalty earlier in the season, Adebowale now has three goals to his name, surely the most remarkable individual story of the BSCL campaign so far.

For Greenstone FC, the search for a first point goes on, but the fight and the goals keep coming. For Wheelers, it's a statement response that puts them right back in command.
